Cosmos is Fiercely and Loyal to the Kingdom of Fiore and Alliance. As an Executioner and warden she has no quarrels to people who are labeled as criminals and is wiling to kill them if given the order. She is also sadistic as she takes pleasure in torturing the prisoners and scaring Yukio Hans Vorarlberna. She also has a habit of using the word "beautiful" frequently.

At some point before the war the Cosmo along with the rest of the Garou Knights were assigned by King Toma. E Fiore and Lord Chitsujo as wardens for any prisoner of war captured from the Coalition but only for the non-indoctrinated ones. They also ordered to interrogate the prisoners by means of torture. A task that Cosmo and the other wardens took enjoyment in.
Being trusted with guarding the prisoners of war for the Alliance, Cosmo is a loyal member of the Alliance. This also mainly because the Kingdom of Fiore is member of it too.
Cosmo has great hatred for Yukio, as when Yukio tried to bribe her with money in hopes of getting out of the prison and Cosmo responded by choking him with the vines from her plant magic. Cosmo also scared him by telling her what previous occupation was before the war, which was being an executioner. Cosmo being loyal to Fiore also has hates him because he is Working for the Coalition, for who have ravaged her country. It is also hinted that Cosmo secretly wants to kill him along with the rest of the prisoners. She doesn't see him as a threat tauting by caling Little Boy
Plant Magic(植物の魔法 Shokubutsu no Mahō):This magic allows Cosmos summon plants to use in battle.. Each plant has a different effect and can appear any she wishes.
